Mr. Donnell is the founder of MERITAX Property Tax Consultants, having formed it in1995. Prior to forming MERITAX, he served five years as the director of property tax
services at Arthur Andersen LLP. Before that, he served eight years as the manager of property tax services for Marvin F. Poer & Company.

Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Donnell was nominated to the 1993 and 1994 editions of the Dallas Business Journal "Who's Who" in Consulting. He also was recognized in the 1986 Dallas Times Herald for the largest reduction in Dallas County ($58 million reduction for the NationsBank Tower).

 

Mr. Donnell earned his bachelor of business administration from the University of North Texas.
